Native Americans believe that meditation is a way to transcend beyond the material world and obtain wisdom. Smudging with white sage is believed to cleanse and purify the sacred space before meditating. The drum or rattle is used to release and balance spiritual energy. This will allow the body to achieve a meditative state while relaxing the body and calming the mind. The native American flute can give the ambience of peace, creating a safe, sacred space, relieving stress and anxiety while promoting a peaceful relaxation and emotional well-being.

Meditation is every Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. and the cost is $15 per person, please call ahead to reserve your seat.

Those who have attended our meditation class and are interested in delving deeper can now join my journey group. In this group through drumming, rattling, and meditative Native American music you’ll be guided to the spiritual realms where you will meet your guardian spirit guides, animal totem, power animals, and ancestors who have crossed over. You will be shifting your focus from the ordinary every day world to enter into the world of spirit.

Journeying is held every Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. and the cost is $15 per person, please call ahead to reserve your seat.

Intuitive Tarot Card Reading

I started on my spiritual path back in the early 80s. I know I must’ve picked up my first tarot deck well over 25 years ago. I don’t claim to be a psychic so please don’t ask me when you will get married or how many children you will have. After all these years of living a spiritual life, I have become a very intuitive reader. As a tool for self-care through images, Tarot cards can help us better understand ourselves. Let me show you where you are in the present moment, and what path you are currently following into the future. I do believe the cards do not lie. It will always be your decision whether or not to follow my advice. I do a half hour readings for $30 Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 5 p.m.
